Business Client Stories

I work with organisations to understand their unique challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions that improve confidence, understanding and outcomes for everyone involved.

From public sector organisations and charities to healthcare providers and businesses, my focus is always the same: helping people understand ADHD beyond the stereotypes and creating meaningful change.

FedCap supports people receiving long-term benefits into employment, including many people with undiagnosed or unsupported neurodivergent conditions.

The team wanted to better identify and support customers with ADHD throughout their employment journey.

Working collaboratively with the team, I advised on practical ways to recognise neurodivergent clients earlier in the process, including improvements to onboarding questions and discussions around reasonable adjustments and tailored support.

This work has helped begin conversations about embedding more neurodiversity-informed practices across the organisation, and discussions continue around further improvements.

The Women’s Hormone Clinic supports women experiencing hormonal changes, including those whose ADHD symptoms become more noticeable during perimenopause and menopause.

Recognising the growing need for specialist ADHD support beyond diagnosis and medication, the clinic invited me to become their preferred ADHD coach and adviser.

Together we help women better understand their ADHD, develop practical strategies and regain confidence during an important stage of life.

Following support from a local Disability Coordinator in Brighton, I was invited to deliver my ADHD Awareness training to Job Coaches across two in-person sessions.

The sessions focused on helping Job Coaches recognise ADHD more confidently, understand the day-to-day impact it can have on employment, and explore practical ways to better support customers.

In February 2026, I was also invited to speak at the DWP Disability Forum, where I shared my lived experience in my talk Masquerading as Normal.

Delegates reported a significant increase in their confidence and understanding following the training. After my keynote, the organiser commented:

“You could hear a pin drop during your talk.”

🌱 Neuro-inclusivity works best ‘by design’ and should be intentional. I work with organisations to create or improve strategies that make neurodiversity support practical and effective.

🌱 I design bespoke training and strategy improvements tailored to your organisation
🌱 I advise on meaningful workplace adjustments that support performance and wellbeing
🌱 I help embed neuro-inclusive thinking into everyday ways of working.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, ADHD coach and former corporate professional, I share lived experience of navigating ADHD in the workplace before and after diagnosis.

🌱 These talks explore what it can look like to mask or β€œfunction” in professional environments, and how this can impact performance, wellbeing, and communication.

🌱 Sessions increase awareness of how ADHD presents at work, reduce stigma, and support more open conversations around neurodiversity.

🌱 They also highlight practical ways organisations can better support neurodivergent employees, always delivered with a professional, workplace-focused lens.

“A key highlight of the session was a powerful talk from Donna Harman, who ran the recent ADHD awareness sessions. Donna spoke openly about her ADHD journey, her insight into reasonable adjustments, workplace experiences, Access to Work, and confidence-building. Her talk resonated strongly with all attendees and received fantastic feedback.” DWP
