ADHD Business Consultancy

I’m Donna, a Brighton-based ADHD coach and workplace consultant accredited by ADHD Works. I specialise in helping organisations build neuro-inclusive workplaces where ADHD and neurodivergent employees can thrive.

Alongside my coaching practice, I bring over 15 years of experience in learning, wellbeing, and internal communications, working with teams to improve understanding, communication, and workplace effectiveness.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I combine lived experience with structured coaching and neuroscience-informed frameworks, helping translate neurodiversity from theory into practical workplace application.

I use the ADHD Works Executive Functioning Framework to help organisations better understand how ADHD impacts:

  • emotional regulation
  • motivation and consistency
  • communication and decision-making

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, ADHD coach and former corporate professional, I share lived experience of navigating ADHD in the workplace before and after diagnosis.
